  Had a quick need for a car and found a CPO E-class on their website that I was interested in talking to them about. Reached out through their website and was contacted by Gena Nguyen who answered my initial questions and was very helpful. She then handed me over to Russell French who was the sales professional for me to work with on lining up a time to test drive the car. The whole experience was excellent from initial contact through the completion of the deal. It was all about what I wanted to do more than any pushy sales tactics. If you need a car I highly recommend MB BHM and Russell French in particular.

  Keisha Ndaw is a wonderful sales consultant. She sold my grandmother a car and continually helps her with getting maintenance scheduled even after the sale!!!! It was a great experience. She wasn't pushing to make the sale or anything. It was purely the connection and overall satisfaction of the customer. Definitely will be looking for my first Mercedes from her.

  World class customer service! Without a doubt the BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE possible. To say that my service was "over delivered" is an understatement.   The dealership is first class. Trent Tate was a very professional consultant. He was very knowledge of the product and took great pains to explain all the features. While we waited for our new car to be detailed we were served sandwiches, chips, cookies and sodas. It was truly a pleasure to deal with this dealership and this sales person.
