“I always wait a few months before posting a review. Firm believer in that most people that are happy never bother to write a review. Most places will hire or get their own employees to write good reviews. I own my own business and know the importance of a good authentic review. We struggled for months deciding whether to put mom in assisted living. Her house was old and hard for her to move around in. We considered adding an addition to our home. My wife and I have very busy lives. We prayed that god would help us make the right decision. Months went by until mom took a really bad fall. She went to rehab for a few weeks for rehabilitation. Dr. said she cannot take care of herself anymore. Our case worker gave us a few referrals. Harbor Pointe was one of them. We contacted everyone until we finally spoke with a gentleman from Harbor Pointe. He was the first person that didn't try to sell me on why I should pick them. We toured Harbor Pointe and we just knew this was the place. They visited my mom everyday until her move and contacted us almost daily. From the moment she moved in the staff informed us and walked us through everything. It's been years since my mother has smiled this much. I can't speak more highly of this place. Just a simple Thanks for all that you do.”

“Words that describe Pam are caring, compassionate, professional, holistic, dedicated. She has pulled me through significant struggles with her professional knowledge while complementing my sessions with therapeutic Reiki. I found her approach to be very effective with stress reduction providing me with relaxation and empowerment. I am so grateful for Pam because she ultimately lead me to stay on a positive course/path in my life.”

“I was admitted to Wicomico Nursing home on January 1st, 2019 for rehab as it was not safe for me to be home. Initially, I thought "what kind of rehab will I get in a nursing home?" As it turned out, the rehab was the best. In fact, every aspect of the care I received was excellent. I think Wicomico Nursing Home should add "and rehabilitation" to their name as it is much more than what you might think. Kudos to every department of Wicomico Nursing Home and thank you for all you did to help me improve so I could be safe in my own home. There has been several news items regarding the possible closing of this facility. The county should do all it can to keep this remarkable facility. It would be a terrible loss.”

“I'm incredibly grateful for the treatment I've received at Lighthouse. I feel like my treatment with them has been very beneficial to my sobriety and I actually look forward to my appointments. I find myself telling my counselor "I see why you're a professional," at every visit. Whatever you may be struggling with, reach out to them. I guarantee they can help. Request to see Jane at their Berlin office. She's fabulous!”

“my friend went to the program to get help. he made this decision on his own account because he knew he had a problem and wanted to get the help and to day i asked him the big question did you do this for your self of to avoid jail and he said the correct answer was he did it for him self. if you admit you got a problem you got to work on your self to fix the issue admit the problem is the first step to recovery. second is to have a support system when you go home and avoid the people and places you went to change your scenery is the biggest step. programs work if you let them help you. good luck”
