I called for price, then asking about payment, and finally making sure it was a flat bed because of my tire situation. They answered all my questions thoroughly and politely. When Billy, the driver, came he was extremely nice and assured me of good news about the vehicle and then met me at the destination I was traveling to for the repair. I have had a bad experience with a tow in the past and everything went smoothly because he knew what he was doing and I highly recommend them.”
