Carol was amazing. We really enjoyed are time looking for our 2nd home. Carol was always knowledgeable & enthusiastic. We live almost 6 hours away & sometimes it was difficult to handle all the paperwork & attention needed, but Carol was helpful & attentive. An example of her attention to detail - our house went on the market in the winter months when the weather wasn't great, but as soon as we had beautiful blue skies again she re-shot the photos of our property and updated the listing information so our house looked as good as possible. We had several showings and multiple offers on the house, finally selling at 98% of asking price. We couldn't have done it without her!
