“Very nice front desk staff and very nice cleaning staff. Willing to answer any question and help when whenever needed. Room was clean and smelled great! Close to beach, fun and food. The only downside, no bacon at breakfast. The hall and elevator were humid, our room seemed a little damp like AC was not working correctly.”

“We have stayed here for at least 6 years or more, and we just love this place. We feel it's the best place in Ocean City, and we also have Ocean front and bay view. There isn't anything more you could possibly ask for as it's a very portable and cozy unit. It's also been a pleasure with all those involved at Caldwell Banker, especially Becky and Angel. The cleaning staff has also done an excellent job. We are also especially thankful for the owners for renting out this unit. They, too, have been especially nice to us and also very friendly.”

Our getaway was as fun as we'd planned because our accommodations were so comfortable and perfectly located. The unit was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, large in scale, and offered a magnificent view. Parking was secure and abundant, and late check-in was a breeze. “Very cute and spacious. The only things hat were a bit off were there was a giant painting laying on the floor in my room when we got there, not even beach themed either just an old renaissance picture. Also the shower didn't drain so after each shower the filth would build up more and more.”

“I love this place! It had a beautiful view and was cozy and inviting. I for sure will be looking at this place again when booking my next OC trip. The view was so relaxing. The bedrooms were all really roomy and the closets were also huge for a beach rental. Being a little back from the main road really helped cut down on road noise that most ocean city places have. We stayed in 505. Things I wish they had- any type of sanitation products. There was no soap for the dishes or products to clean when we left, which I'm sure they must ran out. Bring some dawn with you”

But the reviews online are better and it paid off I was amazed when I walked in and every can was fronted facing forward everything was neat, clean, dusted free. also well-organized the gentleman inside was very knowledgeable. told us a lot about the history and they have many things we enjoyed. We went away with more than we intend and we're extremely happy!”
