  Derrick and his team are excellent! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! They are reliable, helpful, and the personal touches they add are awesome. Example: They called my husband on his birthday just to say - have a great day!
  
  The insurance coverage is better than I had and I saved money. I am also so impressed at the amount of community support he provides to our local non-profit organizations!
  
  This is absolutely the insurance agent you want on your side!!

  During my search to replace high premium home and auto insurance from another company, I was contacted by Jason at the Derrick Elzey office. From our first conversation, I knew that I was working with a knowledgeable, resourceful, courteous and kind person. He has tremendous follow through. Over the phone, Jason reviewed my policy options and then emailed me all the details. We met in person on the day I purchased my policies. Jason was totally professional , polite and patient every step of the way and was able to find me great savings. I would highly recommend that others reach out to Jason for help with their insurance needs.

  Just started a life insurance policy for a very low rate of $25/mo thanks to State Farm agent Derrick Elzey. Derrick is very skilled and knowledgeable in his profession and will help find the best policy for you in little to no time at all. Thanks to him I now have a policy in place that will generate cash value over time as well as ensuring my son will not be left with any financial burdens from me if anything unexpected were to happen. Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for your assistance Derrick & State Farm of Berlin/Ocean Pines!

  I hate talking to insurance agents, on the phone or in person, because they have a tendency to be all puffed up with self importance. Which is why I dealt with Geico for so many years. But someway, somehow this office got in touch with me by email. And they sent me a respectable quote. I told them I would look at it when my homeowners needed renewing in about 6 months. Sure enough, in 5 months I got a reminder,"Do you want to save some money". So I replied, it was succinct and to the point. They replied in like manner, it was just a couple of email exchanges and one short phone call and we were done. I saved in the neighborhood of 12%. Will probably give them a little life business

  I have dealt with two people at Ocean Pines office witch is ran by Derrick Elzey.
  Witch are Sharron and Alyson.
  And I would say Excellent customer service very respectful people Excellent response time very thorough on there assignments that they are given.
  I look forward to working with them in the future because my past has been excellent!!
