“We have stayed here for at least 6 years or more, and we just love this place. We feel it's the best place in Ocean City, and we also have Ocean front and bay view. There isn't anything more you could possibly ask for as it's a very portable and cozy unit. It's also been a pleasure with all those involved at Caldwell Banker, especially Becky and Angel. The cleaning staff has also done an excellent job. We are also especially thankful for the owners for renting out this unit. They, too, have been especially nice to us and also very friendly.”

“Every single person we encountered, from booking our stay to the day-before welcome call all the way through checkout, was knowledgeable and professional! Our getaway was as fun as we'd planned because our accommodations were so comfortable and perfectly located. The unit was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, large in scale, and offered a magnificent view. Parking was secure and abundant, and late check-in was a breeze. Stay here for the convenience of having rooms for everyone plus kitchen and laundry...and be dazzled with the luxe-yet-cozy accommodations. I could gush on and on and will recommend to friends. “I booked a rental over Memorial Day Weekend through VRBO for myself and 9 friends. I didn't find out until after the fact that it was through Holiday Real Estate. Honestly, after reading the reviews about this company I was scared and skeptical. However, we had a very pleasant experience with Holiday Real Estate. The check in and check out process was fast and easy, and the employees were all nice and helpful. The condo itself was gorgeous, clean and in an excellent location. We had a great weekend and would definitely return! I am taking away 1 star because my friends and I had to fill out an "Employer Verification" sheet. Although I understand they only want responsible tenets renting from them, I think the policy of "2 years of full time employment" is kind of convoluted. Nonetheless, we had a good experience!”

“We normally stay on the Ocean side, but decided to change it up this year and we were not disappointed. The Condo is very clean and conveniently located. We were able to quickly ride our bikes to the boards, something we love to do. We also liked how close it was to many restaurants and mini golf courses we like. Plus the bay view is awesome. We will look to stay here again.”

“Best vacation spot in OC!!! Beyond clean, owners take great care of this place. Very comfy beds, washer and dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen. Beach is quieter than most blocks in OC because there are no high rises on either side of 79th st. Great value for high end unit and amenities. Highly recommend!!!!!”
