“I recently rented a car from this facility and was I was pleased with the ease of checking in, the friendly demeanor of the staff and how quickly an issue that arose was resolved. After I'd initially checked in, I walked out to the parking space where the rental should've been and was told by the attendant there that someone else had just left with the car. I went back inside and explained what happened. It only took another five minutes or so and I was on my way in a different rental car. No fuss. no muss. The only thing that was a drawback for me was the cost. It ended being more than I'd anticipated once I'd added a driver and insurance.”

“I always use Alamo when I go to Baltimore. I can usually go to the kiosk and get my paperwork very quickly. A short walk to the garage, and an attendant tells me which cars I can pick from. Then I get in and drive away. Returning the car is even easier. Alamo's prices are usually among the best as well. I've never been unhappy with them.”
