Alisha, Joseph and Malek made sure that I was taken care of while my vehicle was in the shop and they were able to keep extending my contract until the dealership was able to diagnose and fix my car. When I had an issue with the rental due to needing a new tire they made sure I was taken care of and that the vehicle was repaired before I left on a long trip! “We picked up rental, Anny the branch manager was super nice. We even got a jeep wrangler since I told her we are going to Florida. Unfortunately that car was too loud, since I have never sat in one I was worried that something is wrong with the car. That's when hell started. We went from branch to branch to get it swapped. We had to swap it 5 times. Upon telling the whole story to Anny who when we returned the car was very apologetic even she had nothing to do with the issues. She even gave us some discount for our troubles which was super nice of her. Anny M. Chuquicondor put my faith back in enterprise.”

“Good customer service so far. I reserved a vehicle online and went to pick it up. There were several people waiting for service when I arrived, but they still managed to get me taken care of quickly. I reserved a compact, but they didn't have one when I arrived, so they gave me a larger vehicle for the same price. The vehicle they out me in has 4500 miles on it, its basically new, and is a pleasure to drive. Hopefully there will be no shenanigans when i return the vehicle. Very pleased with every aspect of my dealings with them so far! UPDATE: Great experience! I had a completely trouble free rental, and the return of the vehicle was quick and easy. Highly recommend!!!”
