I have honestly heard so many stories on how wisdom teeth removal can be a pain but this guy really did a solid job and I recovered so fast. My man needs a raise. “I chipped my tooth this morning and I called around to several places trying to get fit in. I tried Solomons, California, and Lexington Park. Nobody would fit me in or they didn’t take my insurance. I finally called Prince Frederick Dental and they fit me in within 1.5 hours. The person that took my call was very helpful and eased my nerves since I have had bad experiences with dental work in the past. Then when I arrived at the office I was immediately checked in. The person was very polite. I did wait about 25 minutes passed the appointment time but I was ok with that since they fit me in so quickly. The dental assistant called me back, and was very helpful throughout the whole experience. The dentist came in, shook my hand, and explained everything to me. No work could be done yet because I have to see a root canal specialist first, but they were very helpful, polite, and eased my fears. The person that checked me out was very kind and explained everything to me since my insurance will be changing in a month. Then after I got home I noticed I forgot to get a copy of the estimate of the work to be done, and I called back. The person on the phone guided me through the estimate and even emailed me a copy. Very helpful! It is so refreshing to find such caring professional people. I will be going back in a few weeks to start my crown process. Although I’m dreading it, I feel very relieved knowing I’m in good hands. I will be switching my whole family here. Thank you Prince Frederick Dental!”
