They also have free cups of water you can drink. You can store vehicles here too. Its 24 hours also which to me is a big deal because my indoor storage is not 24 and it's a pain in the butt.”

“Doctors and nurses are wonderful. A lot of receptionists are nice. I would give 0 stars if it was just Rosie though. She is a real problem. Very unfriendly, and if you ask her a simple question she has a very sarcastic and nasty response. I've been coming here for a couple years and consider myself very unlucky whenever she's the one to pick up the phone (which is unfortunately every time I call). My family members have also mentioned her unpleasantness and I'm sure she's not targeting just us but treats a lot of people with contempt. I really hope she can get some customer service training, maybe she is unaware of her bad attitude or just doesn't respect how patients should be treated. I've been a receptionist twice before and I know how the job is, but I have never witnessed her level of unprofessionalism. Please look into improving her service skills.”
