Now on the other hand I had to call 611 because I got a replacement phone because my last phone was freezing and now my replacement phone's freezing. They're wanting to send me another crappy phone. I think someone has to do something about the T-Mobile corporate in that I asked for corporate number they never would give it to me they said they did not have a corporate number. Every company has a corporate number. I have never had my phone shut off. Always paid my bills. And they would not let me get a new phone to replace this crappy one they sent me. The lady on the phone that I was talking to. Said that they do not send phones to houses. Which is a big lie because my last phone they sent straight to my house.”
