She also gave me extra large white gold backings so they won’t come off again. She did a great job adding the leftover diamond to my pendant and a magnificent job creating a band from a pair of diamond earrings that were too heavy for my earlobes. The band is beautiful! They managed to use up all 62 diamonds that were in the earrings in the band. It really looks amazing!! Your customer service is top notch!”
