“Excellent customer service both in person, and over email. Storage units spic and span (clean). Great prices when you first rent a space (free first month, and pretty good thereafter). Be aware though prices go up after the first 6 months by almost 15%! But that seems to be true for all storage places. One concern though... the exit gate seems to be left open too much, and it is in a bit of a shady area. I don't advice women to go there after dark unless gate is locked up! And other people tend to piggy back in to entrance gate with their vehicle. They aren't supposed to but they do. Would like to request that everyone needs to enter their code in the drive through gate, in order to be able to get into the building. That ought to help solve that problem! If it wasn't for that I'd give a 5 star!”

“I was looking for some storage and possibly make a move too. I met a wonderful customer agent there called Tyler who explained everything to me. We looked at a U-Haul Box which was what I had considered. After making a reservation for 1, I returned a few days later to change it to a storage unit instead. No problem, he said. We checked out a few storage units and I again reserved a unit but didn't want to commit because it was further than where I wanted it. Later that day, I found another storage unit closer to my home and called in to Tyler to cancel my reservation. Again, no problem! I was really impressed with the customer service, especially by Tyler, and I will return to this U-Haul site again for my next move!”

It is really hard to find open places in this area on a Sunday! The place was open! The owner was so helpful. He even met us right then and there and signed us up with a unit. As our PODS were finished, they were taken inside and stored. I just finished calling to arrange delivery on the first set of two. I have already been involved in the loading and unloading of THREE PODS so I had all the supplies ready to use and know the importance of strapping tightly, especially the last quarter. I also gave them extra notice on my delivery.”
