I got charged and arm and a leg! I called in to complain and talked to Joe. He was very calm and understanding, no need to escalate or anything. Additionally I do like the fact that there is double security for entrance into units. There’s a gate you must enter your code in to get into the parking lot where the units are housed, as well as a gate to enter the door to the units. I would highly recommend.”

“Estimate was done online - nice and easy process. Customer support was helpful whenever I had changes or questions. They were able to work on a weekend, Sunday even, which was very helpful for timing for us. They came in one day, packed up all of the small stuff and wrapped all of the furniture. Then came back a second day and loaded the truck. The truck was at our new location states away within 3 days of packing up. They met us exactly when we wanted. They unloaded very quickly and even set up our outdoor set even though it is not a normal part of the moving process. They worked hard and fast. Overall very happy with the entire process.”

“Always know I'm going to get the best quality on anything regarding bodywork or paint. My last visit was a simple one to correct some blemishes on the hood and they polished it to a mirror finish. I had also brought in my old Civic years ago to have the left front quarter repaired after a serious run-in. Having had the car for years I knew it inside and out, and when the repair was finished it was difficult for me to find any trace of the car having been in a scrape. My vintage '97 Odyssey has been in a few times for a new tailgate and some repaints and has always come back perfect. I recommend them to all my friends, regardless of what they drive.”
