“Our prayers were answered when we discovered St. Raphael School. It’s not just a school, but a welcoming community of families and educators working together in the best interest of all students. The teachers and staff clearly find joy in what they do and bring their best to these students every day! The principal, Mrs. Dwyer, is a true leader – talented, experienced, devoted, warm, and always has time for you. The physical environment is beautiful and clean; the school has a science lab, media center, and technology everywhere which can be pretty rare for a Catholic school! We especially love that our children receive an individualized education through differentiated learning and small-group instruction. Plus they get a lot of time to be physical and play outside! It was amazing to witness how the school adapted when COVID first hit and was able to balance the needs of students and families with safety. As a result, the students and SRS community continue to thrive! We couldn’t have asked for more from a school during these challenging times.”

“It may have changed because I went there three years ago but I really liked this school! But some of the teachers there....were rather strict or mean but my 5th grade was amazing! There lunch food was decent and having my aunt as the lunch manager was great too when I was there. And she's really really nice so if you're going to Garrett park and worried about it don't be! It's a great school with great people. Might be some strict ones so be prepared for that.”

“I have been sending my daughter (8) here for the past 3 years. She came from another private school, and I can say the switch was a great decision. The staff is great, very attentive, and communication is A1. My daughter started during the year when Covid was still well alive, but the way they handled in person learning, I couldn’t have asked for a better way, it showed from the beginning they cared about the kids and the families. The curriculum is awesome, with my daughter being in 3rd grade, she is learning things that her friends at other schools haven’t even touched yet. The faith base of the school is great. My daughter is so IN LOVE WITH GOD, and I can only thank the staff because the way they teacher about him, helps the kids understand on a child’s level. My daughter has grown as a young girl, the excitement she has every morning to wake up and go to school is amazing and it’s not just so she can see her friends, its because she loves to learn and loves her teacher. The school gives me a sense of reassurance, that everyday when I drop her off, she is in safe hands and good learning. The class sizes are smaller than normal and that is great for me when it comes to the focus the teachers are able to have when it comes to the kids learning and the help they might need. I would recommend the school if you’re looking for a place where your child is able to grow in all aspects of life when it comes to being a kid and everyday learning. The tuition you can’t beat either. They are preparing our kids for excellence.”

“Our daughter is currently in her second year at Crestview and we could not be happier. The staff is phenomenal, creating a very warm and inclusive environment for the children and their families. Our daughter absolutely loves going to school each day and has since day 1. What has really impressed my husband and I though has been the education/learning focus that the school has as part of its core mission/curriculum. At three and a half she is already reading and starting to do some some early math all which is a result of instruction at the school. We continue to be blown away each day by what she comes home being able to do. The school's focus is very much on creating responsible, considerate and autonomous children, so there is a big focus on having children learn to be independent and help out with all chores around the house, an added bonus. Would strongly recommend to anyone with young children. We plan to send all of our children once they hit the entry level.”
