When you first walk in, you may be taken aback and hope that the folk wisdom "a messy desk is a sign of an organized mind" is true, and indeed when you get your computer back, it confirms the old adage. This guy is a no nonsense genius, calls you back when he says he will after the evaluation, and even though his English is imperfect, every word he speaks is to the point and makes sense. He took my 7-year old Dell (but with an i7 processor) that had crashed, recovered all the data from the hard drive, installed a new hard drive with Windows 10 within 36 hours, and I now have a much better computer than when I originally purchased it new - faster, quieter, truly amazing for 1/10th the price of buying an equivalent one on today's market.”
