I was also getting very responsive scheduling for my critical issue, which BGE Home kept giving me insane scheduling for days that were far out of reason even though I had no hot water. I have never, in my short five years of being a homeowner, had an on-time or even early service. This was an absolute first. This was critical for me as I had to juggle a lot, as we all do in our busy lives. I had a water heater taken out, air handler, flooring replaced, and air handler re-installed within the week.”
