Peter really knows his stuff!
Within a few months of working with Peter I have not only gained strength, but also improved my coordination and flexibility. The programs he creates for me definitely address my goals, and he aptly tailors the exercises to what I am capable of achieving at the time. Peter began our sessions with the fundamentals of good body mechanics and the importance of stretching; laying the groundwork for killer workouts that are safe, effective and rewarding. And his encouraging nature and dedication to his clients are icing on the cake. Peter is a superb trainer and all around awesome guy!
Pete was my trainer and diet coach for 8 months. He did a fantastic job guiding me through many lifestyle changes to reach my health and fitness goals. Where I think Pete is different than most coaches is the wholistic view he takes on your health. We covered many aspects of my health including exercise, diet, supplements, sleep, recovery, and stress to name a few and Pete has extensive knowledge in all these areas. Pete did a great job of making these lifestyle changes manageable and helped adapt my approach over time. No matter what your current level of health or fitness is if you’re looking to improve or achieve a goal you’ve set for yourself I highly recommend working with Pete.
Peter is absolutely amazing to work with. After our initial meeting he perfectly understood what my goals were and helped me reach them. Not only have I made great and noticeable improvements in the strength and condition of my body after working with Peter, but I am more confident in my ability to work-out effectively on my own. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone who is nervous to start or restart their fitness journeys as he is understanding and willing to work with you to find the optimal solution for you.
I spent 4 months working with Peter. My number one goal was to develop better habits in order to improve my overall quality of life. Peter developed a plan that was flexible to my needs and allowed me to develop better habits over time (sleep, meditation, nutrition and more). Over that four month span we built a great foundation. One that I can continue to build upon for the rest of my life. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and I couldn’t recommend his coaching more.
