(April 24, 2023, 1:52 pm)Usually pretty busy most of the time but clean bathrooms and one of the first places to stop in the Mass Pike coming in eastbound from New York State. Several food choices as well although they don’t stay open too late. Gas station has coffee.

(March 20, 2022, 12:34 am)Very comfortable and ample plaza in Massachusetts turnpike. Nice arcade, huge food court and parking.
There are two entrances to access the service area which is very convenient. The washroom is also spacious with lots of stall. When I visited, it was visually clean but bit smelly.
There is a Chase ATM inside and an EZ Pass office by the main entrance.
As a pet parent, I am always looking for amenities for my fur baby and even though I didn’t enter with my pet, I didn’t see a “no pets allowed” sign. Are pets allowed inside? Definitely not sure.
