  Excellent treatments courteous receptionist and nurses. Very happy with all my results for myself and the children.

  My daughter had molloscum contagium ( a viral wart) and Dr. Hines was able to diagnose and treat effectively. She was seen in a timely manner (the post op we had to wait the standard 15-20min). She treated my daughter with care and respect ( she's 5) she didn't stay long to chat with her (fine by me). She answered all of my questions and I can see where her straight forward ness might come off as bad bed side manner but I had all of the details (when it appeared, spread etc.) Ready so she could do her job with the facts.
  
  I personally did not have any issues with the front desk staff - smiling, not over bubbly but polite. I have no issues with billing and front desk took the time to answer my insurance questions - overall great fit for me. I plan on using her in the future for my check ups too.

  I honestly read the reviews and was a little nervous with what I read.
  I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so nice and cordial from the front desk to the nursing staff.
  I was treated with the utmost kindness. Dr. Hines was just great she listened to me and made me feel at ease.
  I would definately recommend them tho anyone .
