“Everything that was going to be done to the car was explained in a very upfront manner. I forgot the name of person at the front counter but he was very personable. He mentioned there was going to be a wait but the service could be done before a certain time. I understand this is not going to be an everyday experience but the service was done almost a full hour before the time he mentioned. The repair was done well. Would recommend if you are trying to do a walk in service and if you are tight on time to come early in the morning on weekdays if possible. He mentioned the weekend has a line of people before the shop even opens.”
