We kayaked from the Berkeley bridge to the left. I would highly recommend this paddle.

Small park with water access for a small canoe or kayak. Picnic table with great view. Small place and at times busy so don't plan to be able to get a spot. Need to be flexible with your plans but wonderful spot to stop.
