Jonathan was helpful from our initial telephone call reviewing the problem, offering some possible solutions and price estimates, to scheduling and then the on time service call arrival. While repairing the gas problem, he took the time to do some interior appliance cleanup and cold draft sealing around the exterior wall at no extra charge.
