“My daughter and I both started training at America's Best Defense in Mansfield a little over a year ago, and I cannot believe how much we have learned in that time. The instructors at this school are very knowledgeable, skilled, and patient. They get to know their students' individual needs and styles and target instruction so it is the most effective. Sometimes training gets hard, but they motivate their students to press on, and their belief in us helps us to believe in ourselves. Of course, their primary goal is to help us defend ourselves should the need ever arise, but beyond that I believe they genuinely care about helping all of their students become the best versions of themselves.”
