Nice location! Part of the reason why I love Sephora is because of their wonderful return policy. As someone who lives with extremely sensitive skin and skin allergies, it’s a saving grace! I had never been hassled before about returns at Sephora until shopping at this location. I tried a few products, and when they didn’t work for me, went to exchange them the next day. The sales associate went on to tell me what a big loss that was for them, which made me feel uncomfortable and weird. They did tell me that instead of exchanging for a sunscreen (one that I know and love), they could give me a sample (which I refused), and repeated that it was a big loss to return products. I am aware of this, but sometimes I need to return things. I know they were trying to be helpful, but definitely missed the mark. I normally don’t complain, but it really rubbed me the wrong way. Either way I will shop here again, but utilize a different location for returns so as not to be made to feel like I’m doing something wrong again. Haha.
