I enjoyed working out at Pace Fitness. Everyone was very helpful and I learned how to excerise the right way so as not to hurt myself. Everyone was there to see that the experience of excerising was not a chore but something you can do and enjoy
This is the perfect place to train and workout if you want a personalized experience. I have been training with Jeff for over ten years and he is committed to his clients and his studio. I love that it is not a "big gym" setting!
