I have been a customer of KAY for years and recently one of my rings had a few loose stones and had to be sent out for repairs. The efficiency was spot on, came soon than expected. My ring looked completely brand new. Anna and Cynthia were amazing, always a pleasure to come to this location!

Today, while I was trying to fix my one year old daughters drawers, she closed my hand in the drawer. I was heartbroken to see my less than six months old ring had snapped in two pieces. We stopped in to the Kay Jewelers store we purchased it at in the Emerald Mall and the woman there was beyond amazing. She took a look at my ring and the age and said let me check something. She went right over to the showcase, pulled the exact same ring out and said take a brand new one home, free of charge. She said this ring could be fixed, but based on the way it broke, it would likely break again. What started as a completely heartbreaking moment instantly turned into an amazing experience. I cannot thank the woman enough for her kindness and assistance. I wish I had asked her name before we left but If you are in the market for a piece of jewelry, make sure you stop by the Kay’s in emerald square. We have been twice this year and both times the staff has been simply amazing.
