“I just switched to Dr. Bill Conroy for my mom because her dentist retired and the whole process could not have been easier. Nice people at every step and the Dr. was great with Nana who is 84 years old and doesn't take any flak! He was very flexible and practical trying to solve her implant problems and clearly went with the least expensive option which has worked great with no complaints. I also just recommended that my secretary see Dr. Bill for an implant and crown that was quoted by another dentist at a very high number and she said his office is taking care of everything for much less!”

“Store looks absolutely incredible since the remodel. Before it was a complete disaster with many areas of the store completely unshoppable because of how disorganized it was. The staff is more involved now in asking me if I need help when I walk in and helping me find the things I was looking for, before it felt like I was bothering the people working there. I've been a long time customer and I was going to the Warwick location for a while because of how I felt about this place, but now that they've made all the changes I highly recommend anyone to go into this store and not to trust the negative reviews. Yeah sure when you're selling stuff to them they're not going to give you eBay prices. It's a business. Just sell the stuff on your own.”
