(April 4, 2019, 8:28 am)Both Paul and Rick were on time and courteous. Our return flight home was delayed a day and it was very easy to communicate this info to Libby. It was the first time we used a car service and would not hesitate to call Bristol again.
(March 11, 2019, 10:22 am)It was a pleasure coordinating to and from transport to Logan airport with Libby and John at Bristol Limo Service. They are very professional and thorough in making sure that all flight arrangements were in place, texting me the day of travel with contact information and even tracking our incoming flight to make sure their equally professional driver and clean and well maintained vehicle would be on hand for our international arrival.
(March 8, 2019, 11:41 am)Rick was amazing! He was ready and waiting when we landed, knew his way through Boston traffic to get us home much faster than we expected. Once home my husband and I both realized we had left our cell phones in his car, instead of having us wait until the next day and go pick them up at the office, Rick was incredibly kind and came back to our house to bring the cell phones to us. I will absolutely use Bristol Coach again!! Thank you!!
