Bought a battery that had a lifetime warranty from out of state meineke that failed after two year. Owner made calles a got me a replacement battery . He definitely went out of his was to make this right. Great service. All the staff were friendly.

My first experience was speaking with them on the phone. Very polite, knowledgeable and inviting. I had to call back with additional information. A second gentleman answered the phone and was just as polite and professional as the first guy. They diagnosed my problems and recommended the best was to allocate my dollars. They could have easily made more money off of me and recommended things that weren't important or a safety concern. Since great customer service has become virtually extinct, I was amazed to see a place where the employees appeared happy, helpful and caring. Keep doing what you're doing!!

Over the course of the past 3 years, Craig and his team have taken care of any auto repairs I have needed. Admittedly, I drive a disaster on wheels but Craig always offers solutions that are reasonable and affordable. All explanations about the car's current issues are delivered in a way that is understandable to a girl in her 20s with zero car knowledge. Anytime my car starts making noises that sound suspiciously aggressive or repetitive, I give them a call and they are always willing to take a look at it, even when it turns out to be something ridiculously simple. Extremely friendly and helpful service!

After the Land Rover dealership told us that they were booking out for two months I called all of the local oil change places. After hearing can't do it all day Meinekesaid bring it down. Quick in and out at a very reasonable price.
