(January 19, 2020, 11:04 am)We went to Jordan's in New Haven in search of a couch and side chair. We were greeted by Paul Nutile. Paul has to be the best sales person we have ever encountered. He had limitless time to spend with us in search of our choice of a couch. In the end we found a couch we liked and then fun began in the selection of a fabric. Paul had the patience of a saint. We can't say enough about Jordan's and Paul Nutile. Their pricing was very competitive with other furniture stores. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Jordan's.
(December 12, 2019, 3:20 pm)GREAT selection and prices. REALLY GREAT DELIVERY TEAM; they were very courteous, professional and fast. My rating would have been 5 stars were it not for my now waiting for the remainder of my order; I was told that there is delay by the manufacturer.
(December 9, 2019, 2:47 pm)Delivery was SUPERB. First of all, I was impressed that the delivery men took the time to carefully wipe their feet before coming in the house. It was wet outside with all the snow and they were incredibly respectful. The bed frame barely fit. They tried multiple things to get it around our tight corners. They asked for towels so they didn't scrape the wood floors. Again, so respectful of our space. And they set up the bed within seconds. As always, so impressed with Jordan's.

The delivery men were so polite and efficient. I highly recommend shopping here. You will be treated well and save a boatload of money!
