Not feeling the vibe, we went over to Patriot Subaru. Jason Mitchell greeted us, and was great to work with. Very relaxed, and he answered all our questions in detail. We traded in our family van for the new Ascent, and we love it. Shawn in finance is a great guy, and we moved through the paperwork quickly. “Needed tires installed (ASAP) on a Sunday with no appointment. Nothing was open on Sunday and I had a bad experience with a different company the day before. That company wasnt able to do the install even though I had an appointment with them and left the car with them all day. I needed to head back to Florida on Sunday and my current tires were a hazard and wouldnt last the trip. Spoke to the rep first thing in the morning and he saved the day. Scheduled me in and took care of the install for 4 new tires in about 3 hours. Even explained what I should keep the tire pressure at in Florida because of the heat. A+++++”
