A 5 to the Doctor Allison and her assistant. And a 0 to the secretary that takes care of me. I was told to ask that lady how to get a primary doctor. I got to her window and I said: can I ask a question, and she sayid first who do you see to day? I didn’t remember the doctors name at the moment and I felt embarrassed. But she didn’t care and she just told me give me the papel u have on your hands. And she gave to the other secretary and then she told her check him in. And I said I am sorry I am not checking in I am leaving I just have a question. The other lady says really nice: oh no he just have a question: at that moment I was uncomfortable. And u don’t need know English to understand that someone just don’t wanna help you. I give up by getting a primary doctor there. This doesn’t have to be everyone’s experience but that is what happens to me. If you don’t feel sure about your English just be ready.

Check in was really easy, I received a new mask at the door, everyone I saw was fantastic. Very professional, they care about their patients

The staff are friendly and professional, they are willing to take a few minutes to really listen. I am my mom's caretaker and she is very very happy with the nurses and the doctor. They have taken her from being so sick to feeling wonderful in a few short months. My daughter also goes there and loves her practitioner, Allison is knowledgeable and sweet who even when busy finds time to pay attention and help find solutions. We may not get it the same day but by the next day she has one. I hope I never need a GI but if I do it will be with them.
