As a resident I am pleased that we have a new property management company. Our onsite team is great. The maintenance of our buildings and grounds is much improved and greatly appreciated!

My daughter and I have been living in this wonderful community for a year and a half. I can tell you it has been such an amazing experience. Not only the apartments and the shared areas are beautiful, but what it makes it really especial is the staff! Dawn, Rebecca and Sydney are the BEST! Their customer service is incredible. They do so so much for the community. Maintenance is awesome too and they are quick responding to issues, if any.

The Slate is a beautiful complex. I've had the fortune of visiting a friend there many times. Everyone is so friendly and it feels like a warm welcoming community. My friend had an issue in her apartment and Dawn immediately responded and got it fixed. She was so kind and helpful. It seems like a great place to live.
