Recently been doing some dry needling and mobility work with Lauryn. Results have been a noticeable relief from chronic tightness, reduced joint pain and an significant increase in range of motion.
Wish I started here sooner.
I learn more about how to move well and care for my body with every visit. Lauryn doesn't just help with acute aches and pains; she gives me functional guidance to improve strength and reduce risk for injury. She listens to your experience and provides thoughtful feedback for every concern. I recommend her to everyone I meet!
Dr. Lauryn helped me alleviate my lower back pain through detailed instructions of movements, exercises, and stretches I can easily do at home. She's also excellent at taking impromptu questions if I needed to be shown any movements again as a refresher. Dr, Lauryn also utilized dry needling with electrical stimulation that also aided in getting rid of my lower back pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and in situations that she knows it is not related to her expertise, she has referred to outside experts. I will definitely seek Dr. Lauryn out again, should the need arise, but thankfully I haven't needed to see her!! 10/10 always recommend Dr. Lauryn, but this thing only allows 5 stars.
I sought out Lauryn for physical therapy after rupturing my Achilles tendon. Being a fellow athlete who had experienced injuries before, she knew exactly where I was coming from but more importantly she knew where I was trying to get back to. I knew I was in good hands from the very first visit. The care and effort that she put into my PT regimen has helped me regain my mobility and strength in the region. I went from barely being able to walk right to being able to resume training in 3.5 months. I continue to utilize Lauryn's services to aid in recovery from training and to stay healthy so that I can make that last push back to 100% and beyond.
I don't hesitate to recommend Lauryn to anyone needing PT due to injury, anyone with physical ailments/nagging pains, or athletes looking to stay healthy through their rigorous training. Lauryn is very knowledgeable, has plenty of experience in the field and the care that she provides is second to none. The right Physical Therapist can make all the difference.
After my total shoulder replacement I went to Lauryn for extensive physical therapy. From the first session I knew I was in good hands. You could just tell that she knew what she was doing, and was going to get you better. She pushed when she knew you could handle it, and explained what you could expect to feel after the session. Thanks to her hands on, and her recommended at home exercises I regained 100 percent range of motion. I have seen other physical therapists, but Lauryn is definitely the best!
