After a terrible experience at a different shop that kept getting things wrong and I felt woozy wearing my new glasses, I went to Parrelli for a second-opinion. They "diagnosed" the other shop's error and fixed the problem asap. Couldn't be happier. Real pros.
(June 9, 2018, 7:56 pm)I was beyond impressed with Parrelli Optical's service. My 3-year-old recently started wearing glasses and Linda's patience as my daughter had fun with the experience of trying on different frames was outstanding. Then, a few weeks later, her doctor ended up having made a mistake and changed her prescription. Parrelli got new lenses in for us (in less than a week's time!) and didn't charge us a penny for them. This is easily the best customer service I've received in a long time. Keep up the great work, Parrelli! Our family is so grateful!!
(November 28, 2017, 1:03 pm)I live out of town, but my daughter is in the area. I've needed assistance with my glasses several times while visiting her and have stopped into Parrelli Optical. Without hesitation, they've been able to help me in a very courteous and welcoming manner. I'm grateful for all of the kind people and their great attitudes!!! Would recommend them for all of your optical needs. And they have a nice selection of frames as well.
