Both routine maintenance and repair services are provided within the promised timeframe and cost; additionally Todd's completed a major repair on my car for 1/3 less cost than the dealer had estimated. Moreover Todd and his wife Debbie are both very pleasant to work with and very patient at answering questions . I recommend Todd's Automotive Repair fully and without hesitation!

Todd found a problem with my engine mounts during a maintenance visit, took photos on his iPad, and showed me exactly what and why a repair was needed. Fixed promptly the next week and now my car rides like it is brand new. Trustworthy, competent, and good communicator. So glad to have found a high integrity business!

Debbie was friendly and happy to help me and Todd took the time to explain what had been wrong with my car. I appreciated their speed of service, with a full schedule, and the time they took to explain what needed to be fixed.

The service is always completed in a timely manner at a fair price with a thorough explanation of the work performed. Todd's wife Debbie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful booking appointments. Todd's Auto is much more convenient and more reasonably priced than the dealer. I would highly recommend Todd's Auto Repair in Beverly!
