  I went to Hannoush last week actually thinking it was still Carters. I had bought my ring from Carters originally a few years back and had lost 2 small diamonds around my stone so I was going there to have that fixed, a few more rings sized and one necklace that needed anew clasp.
  I was greeted by Leena and Robert when I got there. They were both very friendly and more than helpful. My necklace was fixed on the spot for no charge. I believe Patrick did that for me. I felt confident that my jewelry I was leaving there was in good hands. I received a call today that all of my jewelry was ready to be picked up. It was less than a week! Again, as I walked in both Leena and Robert were there to greet me. They knew I wasn’t purchasing any new jewelry today and I still felt the same welcomness I did last week. Well, all my rings look brand new! I am so happy with everything that Robert and staff did for me. The price was also more than fair. I would shop there for any future jewelry. I will also be spreading the word about my positive experience!

  Carter's was fantastic in helping my fiancee and myself with my engagement ring. Lauren was extremely patient and knowledgeable when I went to choose my setting. My fiance was very happy with the service when he went to pick out my diamond. My ring was custom made and it is PERFECT! Highly recommend!

  Really friendly and helpful jewelry store. They are never pushy and go out of their way to help you. They have a great inventory and fair prices with fairly frequent sales.

  We searched all over the place and online for a ring that I liked. I found ones that were sparkly and others that were pretty but not the one, until we got to Carters. I found a ring I loved but I wanted it in rose gold. They worked with my fiancée (unbeknownst to me) to make us a custom piece. I love the engagement ring and matching band they made for me. Great service and always friendly when we come in. They even used the center stone we had with the ring they made. I just wish they weren't so far from us!
