(January 30, 2018, 2:15 pm)Tried several classes here and love them all. I really enjoy the early morning classes with Sarah and weekends with Mike. The advances classes look great but im A traditional spin kinda gal.
(August 28, 2017, 7:18 pm)Awesome concept. Fun energetic atmosphere that is geared toward all levels of fitness. For me it added that level of accountability I was lacking. I get more done in one session than I did in a week prior.
