North Shore Mazda

Great experience. I was in the market for used car and one of them happened to be at North Shore Mazda. I had never done business with them before. I inquired online about it and was contacted within a few hours to set up a test drive. Drove it and put a deposit down. This was a used car under $10K for my older children, but they were easy to work with and treated me and my kids like they would treat a customer buying a top-of-the-line Mazda. They even allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic to get an independent evaluation. Prior to delivery, our salesperson, Eric, was helpful in getting a very minor issue resolved and even had the engine bay cleaned up before delivery. Nice touch. I can't imagine they made a lot money on the vehicle since I paid cash, but you would never know it by how I was treated and how easy everything was. If I'm ever in the market for a Mazda or another used car on their lot, I would be happy to do business with them again. Highly recommended!

As a new widow I was quite dismayed to learn our 3 year lease on our Mazda CX5 was running out this month. But I grit my teeth and went down to our dealership to start the (tedious, as I remembered it) process that I hadn't paid much attention to over the past 30 years. (I'd handled most of those things myself for decades and was VERY happy to turn them over to my Australian ex-rally car driver and car fanatic ?

I needn't have worried. Eric was very understanding and walked me through it quickly and easily and it was all done within days. It actually cheered me up. I'd seen Mazda's new RED this year on the road and experienced a very intense I-WANT-that! moment. Eric made that wish come true far easily than I could have expected. And I know from experience that I'm in good hands with all the folks at NS Mazda!

I recently purchased a CX-5 and the process was smooth and painless. Duarte helped me the moment he saw me walking toward the building and made the process as simple as possible. Andrew, while not assisting in the sale, was also very kind and communicative. And last, Brian in finance, was a pleasure to talk with and made the options clear and concise. The car is great too!

I was there this weekend to trade in my car. I will say this is the 3rd car I buy from this dealership, and there is a reason I keep going back to them: They have great customer service. For this purchase I worked with Eric Martiniello and he was amazing. He provided great customer service and answered all my questions. He never rushed me, and was great at explaining the differences between the model I was trading in and my new purchase. If anyone is looking for great service and peace of mind, I would highly recommend going to this dealership. @Eric keep doing what you are doing, customers really appreciate your attentiveness.

This is the third vehicle I've purchased from North Shore Mazda and I've had 3 great experiences. Staff is always friendly and accommodating and I highly recommend working with Zoe. Very professional and she definitely took good care of my questions and concerns during the purchase. Will definitely purchase my next car from her. Overall, fantastic dealer and salesperson!
