“Under normal circumstances I’d rather shove needles in my eyes than step foot in the Danvers Wal-Mart. The mere sight of the parking lot from route 114 makes me experience dread. As I step foot in the building and i’m hot with the stink of subway “bread” I know I’ve made a mistake. Numerous times in my life I have turned around at this moment and gone home. Sometimes my mental health is worth more than some rollbacks. Most of the customers and employees make me want to move to the mountains. I go there for one thing and one thing only. That’s where I buy eye glasses for myself and family. Not only are there prices great, but the exceptional service is what keeps me coming back. The people working in optical department are polite and have real expertise. it’s not just one of them. All of them have given me great service. They don’t push any upsells. They just recommend and order what you ask for. If you can get by the obstacles I’d highly recommend the good people at Danvers Wal-Mart optical.”

“This guy is good. He let me know I had a corneal infiltrate and referred me to a specialist. I asked him what that was, and he was able to explain and show pictures from a book, which is not something a typical prescription provider would be able to do, but since he did this kind of thing earlier in his career, he knows much more than you would expect from a facility inside WalMart. The specialist had difficulty finding the issue, but this guy found it.”
