I would like to thank Sal and the entire Sudbay team that helped me purchase my 2016 Jeep. We all have a busy life and with that time is limited. I was able to view the cars on line, with Sal’s guidance and from there received lightening speed approval for the loan. The following day they met me at the town hall to finish up the paperwork. Minutes later I drove off in my “new” car. Thank you again Sal, Bob and the two very sweet gentlemen that delivered my car. Five + star rating for this team!

I was not shopping for a Jeep, but after dealing with many typical, and one downright rude sales person at another dealership, I ended up at Sudbay to look at a used Mazda. There I met Fred, and I had the best sales experience I have ever had at a car dealership in 25 + years. Fred treated me and my teenage daughter with kindness and respect, no pressure. I test drove the Mazda, which was nice, but slightly out of my range. Fred got me into the perfect, previously leased Jeep Cherokee. I have also had equally excellent experience at the collision center.Paula is the best for customer service and so kind when she know that life dealt you a blow, like your car just got totaled. They take care of everything, including rental and all insurance admin from start to finish. Gordon and Michael in service are fantastic as well. They make servicing my cars at Sudbay so convenient, and everyone is exceptionally friendly.
