Hats off to Debra, she is terrific! As newcomers to Cape Ann, we needed someone to be a realtor who could also be a guide and local resource, and she did it all. It took us a few months to find what we were looking for, and at every stage along the way, Debra worked very hard on our behalf: for example, she went to two different towns to get zoning information we needed.
