The salesperson was awesome. The best person i have ever had from verizon. I have bee a customer for over 30 years. His name is luigi. He is patient compassionate about helping each customer. He follows the entire process for you the customer. He deserves a raise.

Luigi was extremely helpful. He saved me from having to buy a new phone when I was having problems with my current phone. I was recently at another Verizon retailer nearby and the Gloucester Crossing store was miles ahead with customer service.

Luigi was very patient and helpful. We were on vacation in Rockport and decided to pull the trigger and update our phones. We had gone to two different Verizon stores in our hometown and the employees acted like we were bothering them. A much better experience here in Gloucester! Luigi was patient with us and with all of the other customers that came in while we were there. Thank you for your help!!

I have had excellent customer service from Ashley at Verizon. She is extremely competent and always polite, even in the face of some occasionally not so polite customers. She is the best multitasker I have ever seen. She can wait on multiple customers at one time while keeping all of them happy and she remains even tempered and friendly. Any company would be happy to have her as an employee.
