(June 10, 2019, 9:41 am)We rented a 20x40 white tent, 6 tables and a bunch of chairs. The service was outstanding!! They were on time and very personable!! They took the time and asked where we wanted things set up!! Because of there attentiveness, and professionalism, they made my daughter's graduation day very special. I highly recommend Taylor Rental and will do business with them again.

(November 19, 2018, 12:55 pm)I couldn't recommend Taylor Rental of Haverhill enough for any and all party rentals. They have fantastic customer service and great quality rental tents, chairs, etc..
I run a family-owned private preschool with two locations that holds three separate graduation events every spring for approximately 400 visitors. Our graduations takes place under tents that are 120’ long by 30’ feet wide with a full stage and seating for 200. In addition we also use a second tent 30’ x 30’ on our patio for food and beverages.
Every year Taylor Rental of Haverhill very professionally supplies and builds all the tents and the stage, and they set up all the chairs meticulously according to our plan. They do a really great job, and we regularly receive compliments from our guests on the setup! We have been working with these guys for over six years. The staff starting with Rich and Shawn are always very knowledgeable and friendly. The guys who come out to install the tents have always been great too.
In terms of equipment, the tent, tables, and chairs are always in excellent condition. Their customer service goes above and beyond expectation -- we have super specific needs about how and when the tents get put up and they always manage to accommodate our requests and communicate if they have any questions. We will certainly be using them again and highly recommend them for all your events.
(July 10, 2018, 7:08 pm)5 stars. Had an amazing experience renting banquet tables, chairs and a 20 x 20 DIY canopy tent last minute!!! Customer service was great on the phone and in person. (Don’t understand how this place could possibly get a poor review). I contacted the owner Rich to compliment on the service we received. He was very kind. Will come back for any future birthday parties.
