I toured this place in advance of my Wife being transferred here from BWH. I have found the staff to be very helpful, compassionate, and caring. The room is very nice. My Wife says that the meals are very good and she is being treated well. I also have heard good reports from an acquaintance whose Wife was there and a neighbor who has visited friends who had been there. We are very pleased with this hospice and the staff. The surroundings are very nice and peaceful.
My gandmother was here for two weeks. I cant say enough about the caring compassionate staff and the care she recieved was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more for her in her last days.
My mother was there for 10 days. I can't say enough about this place! It's peaceful, everyone that works there is caring, polite, considerate, and just wonderful. The volunteers are selfless, and also wonderful. My entire family was so grateful that my mother was there in her final days.
The facility itself is very nice and the entire staff was caring and compassionate. My wife's comfort was clearly the priority.

February 2018: This hospice house and the staff were awesome. My mom died in an uncaring nursing home, and I wish I had known about this place then. My dad came here in the last stages of cancer after I could no longer get him in and out of bed. They were fantastic with him, MUCH different than a nursing home. They took extremely good care of him, turning him properly to avoid pressure sores, gently washing him, always checking in on him, asking him if he needed or wanted anything, and feeding him as it progressed when he could no longer feed himself. Wonderful volunteers read the Bible to him as he requested, and sang to him. It was heavenly. There are special angels working here, all bent on making the last weeks/days of each life as pain-free and comfortable as possible. My dad deserved this, and that's what he received. I received hugs and tears upon my dad's death. I could not get there in time, so they held his hands and comforted him as he passed away. Thank you from my heart, High Pointe staff.
Giving thanks for the care, compassion and attentive staff of Merrimack Valley Hospice . Every consideration was given to make my mother's final weeks as comfortable as possible . The facility has a home like atmosphere that is very calming . Staff has a genuine concern for their patients and I could not ask for anymore . Sincere thank you to the staff .
