Great place to play keno,kinda wish I had won but didn't, but I will let you know the woman that worked behind the counter was a real people pleaser,respectful, I can understand why alot of people go there to play KENO!!!
The 80lb washers aren't too badly priced at $10.75. You'll need to get a laundry card since they don't use quarters anymore. The card itself is $6.00 then you have to add money to it as needed to do your laundry. Lots of dryers and lots of washers. I'd still go on off times if you can, weekends are very busy.
Not something my fiance and I usually do but our schedules have been chaotic so I figured we'd give it a shot. I was pleased with the pricing, compared to others I searched, so off our large loads of laundry went. I'd say overall it came back in great shape but we ended up missing some of out stuff and had a random shirt in replacement, lol which was nothing compared to what was missing to say the least. Super odd I'm giving it 5 stars, especially considering the extreme and intense rudeness I got from one of the employees when I called. Make a long story short, I made a trip back to the laundromat to retrieve our other belongings and got to speak with the manager Tina...she's the I that turned this whole dilemma around and explained to me how things were going "behind the scenes" and that she hopes we return and to just ask for her if we decide to go back, which we are but only because her and her husband whom run the show there were awesome and apologized over and over. We chatted for a bit and putting myself in her shoes, I definitely could relate and became way more understanding about the whole thing. Aside from the couple mishaps, Tina made up for it with her kind gestures and words. Highly recommended, but see Tina and let them know I sent you too......if you want. Like I said, great price for wash and fold and the clothes came out clean and fresh. Customer service plays a huge roll for me when an issue takes place, Tina's got that kind spirit it takes to turn things around. Went from 2 stars to 5 after talking with her.
