Contacted the owner, Sue Paradis and received the most welcoming response. She immediately set time to visit and go through the details of the services offered and most importantly she listened to what we needed for my mom. We thoroughly enjoyed have Superior Care Solutions provide in home care, the care givers were always on time for visits and took wonderful care of Mom which allowed her family to feel comfortable that she was in good hands. Sue always followed up to make sure the visits were going well and responded to all changes we needed. I highly recommend Superior Care Solutions for in home care!!

The owner and caregivers at Superior Care far exceeded expectations for our Mom’s care. They are experienced, caring, extremely reliable and thorough. Their service was in all aspects better than another agency we hired. They respected our family and were always willing to accommodate our specific needs and requests. I highly recommend their services and, if possible, would give far more than 5 stars.

We'd considered a couple of the "big agencies" for our mother who started needing more care as she aged in place. They didn't seem a good fit, too big and factory-like for our needs. Then, through neighborhood referrals, we met SCS and discovered they're the perfect alternative--I'd call them a boutique agency. More personal, flexible and reasonably priced, and yet every bit as expert and experienced. Mom is not easy to please but boy have they done it. Thanks to SCS, my siblings and I can rest easier, knowing Mom's in such kind, respectful, cheerful, wise, experienced, loving hands!
