Manny and Mario not only did an amazing job, they were great to have around the house! They are polite, professional, knowledgeable, very skilled, and all round nice people. Highly recommend!
Manny and Mario are the best! Their professionalism and attention to detail were excellent, and their communication with me throughout the project was informative and extremely helpful. Their installation was neat and tidy and they reviewed everything with me, every step of the way. They did a fantastic job! On top of all that, they are both pleasant, courteous guys! Ask for them!!!
This is the first time in the 6 years I have the ductless air conditioners in the fully renovated house. It is the first time two Morris AC employees were sent to do the annual maintenance. It is also the first time such a thorough cleaning has been done with such attention to each part of the units. In past only one employee came and I was sent to clean filters in any sink nearby. I do not remember ever having fresh water poured into the lower right corner of the units as part of the cleaning routine. The "crew" of two informed me that one part on an outside unit was showing wear and would need to be replaced in the near future. It happens to be for the master bedroom and is used more consistently. I did not want to risk having this fail during the summer months and asked that the part be ordered..I understand it has been ordered. My concern is this: if as thorough a cleaning had been done by the single Morrison employees sent out in the previous five years, would the system have functioned more efficiently and not worn out a part that should last as much as a decade longer? I planned well in advance to have the maintenance done early in April and will request the same very conscientious Morrison workers.
I installed three mini-splits and 2 compressors in my home. From the initial quotes to installation I was always the most important part of the sale. The employees are professional, competent and available. Even after the installation when I had an issue getting my energy rebates, Heather took over and handled the issue -I have all my promised rebates and love my Mitsubishi units. No more hauling Air conditioners!
From start to finish Manny and Mario were pleasant, responsive and focused on completing a quality installation with minimal inconvenience to us.
Lead installer Manny was a pleasure to have around the house for the four days. Among his many talents and traits: an engaging personality, a willingness to explain in detail each step of the work, an engineers mind to envision best solutions to challenges, a keen eye for detail and a desire for everything to be the best it can be.
